PRESS: Gazprom Neft to sell 49% in unit to Mubadala, RDIF
MOSCOW, Feb 16 (PRIME) -- Russian oil major Gazprom Neft has agreed on terms of a sale of 49% in its unit Gazpromneft-Vostok to the United Arab Emirates’ (UAE) Mubadala fund and the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) for U.S. $325 million, Kommersant business daily reported Friday citing industry sources.
The agreement on main terms of the deal was signed in December 2017, the sources said. The RDIF is expected to invest $14 million, while the rest will be invested by the fund’s partners.
